We developed the R.I.S.E. Certification program to solve that.

R.I.S.E. creates a shared standard for every Phoenix team member, defining not just what to do, but how to do it and why it matters. It turns experience into a repeatable system, giving our teams the confidence to perform at a high level and our clients the assurance of consistent, reliable service.

R–Responsibility
